GE Media, Inc. was founded by Greg Everett in 1995 to purchase a full power television station in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
 
In addition to owning WFXB FOX43 for more than a decade, GE Media began buying and selling domain names in 1999. 
 
GE Media's domain portfolio consists of more than 5,000 names, in a plethora of categories.
 
 
He is also President and Publisher of the Triangle Herald, an online publication focused on citizens of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, NC.
 
Greg is Vice President and Co-Founder of GOCOM Media of Illinois, LLC, which owns and operates 2 FOX affiliates (WRSP & WCCU) and a CW affiliate (WBUI) in central Illinois.  
 
He is also Vice President of Triple "E" Apartment Management (TEAM), Inc., which manages more than 480 apartment units in Durham and Wilmington, NC.
 
Since 1997, Greg has served on the Executive Board of the Center on Law, Ethics and National Security at Duke University School of Law.
 
For his community service, Greg was honored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce as its 2007 Citizen of the Year.  For his leadership, Greg was honored by Leadership Grand Strand with its 2009 Ann DeBock Leadership Award.
 
In 1993, Greg was one of five plaintiffs who successfully challenged North Carolina's congressional redistricting, in the U.S. Supreme Court.
 
Greg Everett was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics in 1993 from Wake Forest University.
